#546Halftone Abyss
A fall through halftone print that never reaches the paper. Every dot on the sheet is a window onto another printed world — its paper the colour of the dot, its own dots in other inks, each a window again — and the camera zooms endlessly in: a row of dots swells, merges into a new sheet, and its dots are already opening onto the next. Each world prints its own chaos — vortex, ripples, moiré or crawling blobs — through its own round, square, diamond or line screen, changing every bar. On a 170 BPM beat the fall lurches, inks strobe and jammed paper drags the print into streaks. Dots near the pointer swell open; hold it down and every window gapes.
