A field of 65,536 flat dominoes, each an inverted pendulum on the GPU, laid along sweeping flow lines. A domino that leans past the gap knocks over the ones in front of it, so every nudge becomes a chain reaction racing along the curves and fanning out as a wavefront; the rainbow field flips to its complementary hue in a hot flash as the fronts pass, and fallen dominoes haul themselves back up to re-arm the field.
