#496Interference Shield Duel

Two shield emitters locked in a duel, each flooding the arena with continuous circular waves. Where the two wavefronts arrive in phase they pile into glowing antinode fringes — the classic two-source interference pattern, drawn live — and every fringe is tinted by its interference order, so the hyperbolic bands fan out from the axis as a spectrum. The pattern is not static: the emitters drift on slow orbits, the fringes crawl, and the hottest bands randomly snap into white discharge flashes as the shields overload against each other. Hover to seize one emitter and drag it around the arena, scroll to tune the wavelength, and press to overdrive both emitters — the field saturates and the discharges cascade.
