#425Time-Sliced Marquee Stack

The same phrase stacked as a dozen horizontal marquee bands, each scrolling at its own speed, direction and time-offset so the message reads as staggered echoes cascading down the panel. A slow vertical ripple undulates the whole stack while per-channel RGB separation smears a chromatic fringe onto the ink. The pointer picks out one band and floods it brighter; a held press flips every other band into reverse, folding the echoes back on themselves.
