Fungal hyphae spread as a glowing filamentary network across a dark substrate under darkfield light: growing tips follow a slowly morphing flow field, branch at nodes, fuse when they meet an established thread, and thicken the paths they re-cross. It grows from one inoculation point then reseeds elsewhere on a loop. The pointer drops a nutrient source the tips grow toward, scroll sets the temperature/growth rate, and a press starts a new inoculation.
