#339Disco Glitter Stars

A dark lamé sheet densely scattered with tiny star-shaped sparkles. Points sit on a fixed hash-jittered grid (poisson-ish), and each carries its own hashed phase so it twinkles and flares on an independent, continuous cycle — an all-over glitter that never pulses in unison. A five-lobed star SDF (radius modulated by cos(angle·5)) gives every glint its points; rarer hero sparkles gain long horizontal/vertical cross-flare streaks. Hue drifts subtly cool→warm per star at muted saturation. The pointer brightens nearby glitter, and pressing sends a shimmer wave sweeping diagonally across the sheet.
