The frame is shattered into Voronoi cells, and each cell flips like a physical tile on its own hashed delay — darkening edge-on, throwing a brief soft white glint, then landing on its new face. A warm organic swirl turns over to a cool geometric ring-field cell by cell, then flips all the way back, looping A→B→A. Grout lines separate the tiles; the pointer flips nearby cells early, scrolling re-shuffles the stagger, and a held press speeds the cascade.
