#435Penrose Tile Mosaic

An aperiodic pentagonal mosaic built from a de Bruijn pentagrid — five rotated 1-D lattices at 72° whose rounded indices partition the plane into cells that never repeat. Each cell is flooded with a hashed hue and inlaid with a single letter of the word centred on its dual vertex, so the type tessellates a five-fold pattern that keeps re-tiling as it turns. Dark grout is etched wherever a lattice line passes, every tile shimmers on its own hashed phase, and a slow hue sweep rolls across the field. The pointer slides the pentagrid offsets so the whole aperiodic weave flows and rearranges (it drifts by itself when the cursor leaves); scrolling spins the mosaic.
