Drag to rip the dark surface along your stroke; through the tear a slow molten aurora under-layer glows out, with fbm-ragged width and burnt, curling bright edges. Tears heal over a few seconds, sealing from the oldest end, and a few can coexist at once. Left alone, a virtual finger makes deliberate calligraphic tears and lets them glow and heal.
