#273Genetic Art
A Picbreeder-style evolving creature whose genome — frequencies, a domain warp, a colour palette — drifts as smooth quasi-random functions of a slow evolution clock, so the form flows continuously through a lineage of related-but-distinct organisms. A 2×2 grid shows the drifting parent plus small per-cell mutations, and each generation auto-selects (frames) one offspring to breed the next. Hover a cell to select and warp its genes, scroll to raise the mutation rate, press to jump to a fresh lineage.
