Screen-space volumetric god rays cast from the diorama's low sun: each pixel marches toward the light gathering glow where the ray crosses open sky and dropping into shadow behind the near ridges, fanning dusty shafts between the silhouettes; the light drifts autonomously, the pointer steers it (press to plant it) and scroll drives the intensity.
