#176Constellation Map
A rotating night sky charting recognisable figures — Orion, the Big Dipper, Cassiopeia, Cygnus, Leo and Scorpius — with stars sized by apparent magnitude so the bright anchors read whiter and larger over a magnitude-limited field. A hint of the Milky Way bands across the whole celestial sphere as it wheels on the pole; one figure at a time traces itself on with a travelling spark. The cursor lifts the nearest constellation out of the field, scrolling drops the magnitude limit to reveal or thin the faint stars, and a press hops the tracing spark to another figure.
