#159Glitch Block Swap

A clean broadcast (scene A, warm and calm) with a second signal (scene B, cold and gridded) forcing its way in block by block. The frame is diced into a coarse grid, and every block flips a hashed coin on a stepped clock to decide which feed it shows. A slow envelope drives the threshold up and down, so corruption pours in as periodic bursts — most of the grid swapping at the peak, then draining back to a few flickering cells. Swapped blocks tear their RGB channels apart and jitter their sampling for a datamosh crunch, but the luminance is capped so the storm stays musical instead of blowing out to white. Press to force a full-frame burst; hover to smear a local pocket of glitch around the cursor.
